Using the service

These terms apply to your use of Viral Video AI. Use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement and meet the age and authorization requirements that apply to you. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in account and for reviewing generated content before use.

Your inputs and permissions

Upload or import only material you are entitled to use. This includes permission to depict identifiable people, use protected artwork and brands, and process reference videos. Public availability does not itself establish permission. You permit the service and the generation providers involved in your task to process the submitted prompt and media as necessary to provide the requested output.

Prohibited use

Do not create illegal content, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate content, fraudulent impersonation, or material that violates another person’s rights. Do not bypass account, credit, upload, access, or platform restrictions. Do not misuse social-link import to access private videos, paid content, or media protected by access controls.

Generation and output

AI outputs can contain visual errors and may resemble other outputs. The service does not guarantee factual accuracy, a unique result, exact identity or motion preservation, commercial suitability, platform acceptance, or audience performance. A video reference guides a new generation; it is not an instruction to edit or reproduce the original footage exactly. You remain responsible for the permissions and disclosures required for publication.

Purchases, credits, and subscriptions

Prices are shown in USD. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A yearly purchase charges once and grants the yearly credit allocation once. Purchased credits do not expire. Confirming a generation creates a task and deducts its quoted credits once. Confirmed task failures return task credits; a timeout or unknown result requires checking the original task. See the pricing page, credit guide, and refund policy.

Sharing, account requests, and support

Your videos are private unless you create a share link. Anyone holding an active link can view that shared video. You can revoke share links, but revocation cannot retrieve copies already downloaded by another person. Use Contact support for rights concerns, account requests, billing issues, or a disputed task. Include the relevant task or order number; never send a password or API key.

Changes and applicable rights

Service availability and supported model specifications can change. Material changes to these terms are reflected by the updated date. These terms do not exclude consumer rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
