How account information, creative media, tasks, and billing data are handled.

Information used to provide the product

Google sign-in supplies account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and the identifiers needed to recognize your account. We store the prompts and media you submit, technical media metadata, generation parameters, quotes, task states, and result files. Billing records can include orders, subscription status, payment references, and credit history. Support records include the information you choose to send.

Why this information is processed

Account data is used for authentication and access control. Creative inputs are used to validate media, calculate the quote, generate the requested clip, restore drafts, and deliver your result. Task and credit records support deduplication, failure handling, refunds, and billing reconciliation. Operational records help diagnose failures, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Service providers and link import

Your prompt and the reference media needed for a generation are sent to the generation providers involved in that task. Storage and payment providers process the information required for their respective services. Social-link import retrieves an accessible public reference video and checks its technical properties. It does not create a trend profile, shot breakdown, or creative-structure report. Payment credentials are handled through the selected payment provider rather than entered into the video generator.

Private media and sharing

Source media and completed videos are private to your account by default. Media stored by the product is encrypted, and access through the product is authenticated. A share link makes only the selected completed video available to holders of that link; it does not expose your source media or prompt. You can revoke those links in the task view. Anyone who has downloaded a shared copy can retain that copy.

Local storage, cookies, and measurement

Authentication uses session cookies. Draft text, selected files, and page settings can be saved on your device so that a sign-in or language switch does not lose your work. First-touch referral and campaign information may be recorded for attribution. Optional analytics, when enabled, follow the site’s consent settings. Clearing browser storage removes local draft copies and preferences, but does not itself delete server-side tasks or billing records.

Retention and your requests

Creative media and task records are retained to provide your account history, downloads, support, and task reconciliation. Billing and security records may need to be retained for legal or operational requirements. You can export account information from Account settings and submit a deletion request there or through Contact support. Deletion requests are reviewed for identity, active tasks, outstanding billing, and records that must be retained. Revoking a share link immediately stops access through that link.
