Refund & credit return policy

Understand task credit returns, subscription cancellation, and cash refund requests.

Two different processes

A task credit return restores credits used by a failed generation. A cash refund concerns a payment made for a subscription or credit pack. A task failure does not automatically refund a bank card or cancel a subscription. Keep the task ID and order number so the relevant records can be checked.

When task credits return

Confirming generation charges the displayed credit total once. If generation fails, or a cancellation is confirmed without a usable result, those credits are returned. You can view charges and returns in your credit history. Returned purchased credits do not expire.

Timeouts, unknown states, and completed results

A slow response, network interruption, or an unfinished result is not proof that generation failed. The platform checks the original task instead of automatically charging for a replacement or immediately refunding it. A completed output is not automatically a failed task because the artistic result differs from your preference. Contact support if the result is unavailable, technically broken, or appears to have an incorrect charge.

Canceling a subscription

Cancel renewal from Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the subscription’s confirmed state; it does not itself reverse a previous payment. Purchased credits remain available and do not expire when the subscription ends. Annual plans are charged once and grant the yearly credits upfront.

Requesting a cash refund

Submit the order number, amount and currency, reason, and related task IDs through Contact support. Requests are reviewed against payment status, credits already used, applicable purchase terms, and consumer rights. Approved refunds return through the original payment route where supported. The corresponding credit entitlement is reconciled so that the same purchase or failed task is not refunded twice. Do not include payment passwords, complete card details, or API keys.
