Find answers about inputs, video references, quotes, failed tasks, billing, and downloads.
Do I need to choose a generation method first?+
No. Describe an idea, add a photo, or use a short reference video. Social-video links need to finish importing before you generate.
Can I paste a social video link?+
You can import a supported public video link you have permission to use. Sign in, paste the link, and wait for the video to appear. If import fails, upload your own local file.
How much does a video cost?+
A 5-second Basic video at 720p costs 95 credits for text or photo input. Video references also affect the cost. Review the total shown before confirming generation.
What happens if generation fails?+
Credits used for a failed generation are returned automatically. If your video is still processing, check My videos for updates. Cash refunds for purchases are covered by the refund policy.
Are my uploads and videos public?+
No. Media and generated results are private to your account by default. You can explicitly create a share link for a completed video and revoke its share links later. Your prompt and source media are not included in that shared view.
Will my video go viral?+
Viral Video AI provides tools for creating short social videos. It does not guarantee views, followers, engagement, or sales. Review the result and follow the platform rules before publishing it yourself.
Why was my photo rejected?+
Use one non-animated JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MiB and at least 300 × 300 pixels. A renamed extension does not change the underlying format. Try exporting a fresh image from the source file.
What are the reference-video requirements?+
Use a playable MP4 or MOV, 2–15 seconds long and no larger than 20 MiB. The same limits apply to uploaded and imported reference videos.
Why can a public video fail to import?+
The source can restrict downloads, require a login, block a region, remove the video, or expose an unsupported format. Do not try to bypass those controls. Upload a local reference you are authorized to use.
Does an expired price mean I have paid?+
Viewing a price does not charge credits. If it expires, review the updated total before confirming. If you already submitted a video, check My videos before starting again.
Can I choose a different resolution or Pro model?+
Basic supports 4–15 seconds at 480p or 720p; Pro supports 4–30 seconds at 480p, 720p, or 1080p. New drafts start at Basic, 4 seconds, 480p, and 9:16. Available settings depend on the model, separately from your subscription plan.
Can I leave while a video is generating?+
Yes. The task is processed in the background and can be revisited in My videos. Returning to the page or signing in again does not create another generation.
Where are my subscription and credit records?+
Open Subscription & billing to see your subscription, payments, and credit history. Yearly credits arrive together, and purchased credits do not expire when you cancel renewal.
The video is ready, but download failed. What should I do?+
Keep the completed task and retry the download after checking your connection and sign-in state. Do not generate a replacement merely to retry a download. Contact support if the original result remains unavailable.
